| CITAZIONE (Sadric @ 13/8/2015, 20:55) Q A Serpent character leaves play, player A use Urobourus response, player B cancel the effect (power drain, professor Angell or something else), player A can use the response again immediately for the same condition? I think no because a response can only be triggered once for met condition and cancelling the effect is like have used that ability one time. Similar to the 1/once per phase ruling.
A No. Because Uroborus is coming into play from the hand, an out of play state without public knowledge, it is considered a new card. Its effect does not carry the phrase, “Limit one per phase” or anything similar so if an opponent had two Uroborus in his or her hand each would be able to trigger, you cancel the first one and the second one could still trigger, and there is no way to prove that it is a new card within the game rules (since you cannot reveal cards in your hand unless directed to do so by a card effect). As such any copy of a card in your hand is considered a new card, meaning that it could be triggered until your cancels ran out.
