A Archmage’s Attaché does not ignore Loyal or Steadfast. While Loyal as a keyword is a twist on resource matching it is decidedly different. This keyword requires that all resources used to pay for a card be of the same resource. Resource matching as a mechanic requires that the drained domain contain at least one match. So they are related but the game sees them as two entirely separate mechanisms. "... as it was in your hand" so the only possible thing is playing it normally. I'm right?   A You are correct. IT only allows you to play the card, not put it into play through another card effect.
